There are Three...

There are 3 Dave Carew's in my life: There is the one I try not to be, the one I wish I was, and the one that I actually am.

Occasionally (always) I find it in my heart to wish that the one I am, was not so much of a nerd-boy geek, Eagle Scout, sanctimonious prig, and other sorts of that general geek type. On the other hand, I yam what I yam like Popeye the sailor man, an old dog too set in his ways to change much, and those I love and who love me, would be much concerned if I actually were to change too much or too suddenly.
